Four years as an IT director, lead a team developed the template driven, customizable medical chart
application and high performance scan document management software.
Five years as a project leader succeeded in several full life cycle application development using UML
object-oriented design and implementation.
Eightyears experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL database, in which five years for
database modeling and administration. The design and development tools used were PL/SQL,
Pro*C, SQL*Net, ODBC, Oracle Develop/Designer/2000, Access, Erwin and S-Designer.
Six years experience with C/C++ and Visual Basic using multi-thread, socket and cross-platform
communications.
Two years experience for web application development using JAVA, XML, HTML, DHTML as well as
MTS/COM+/DCOM components.
Two years experience for network administration on MS Windows 2000/NT and UNIX systems including
LAN, WAN, VPN, RAS and Shell Script.
