Shih-Chang Chao
Dr. Shih-Chang Steve Chao is a Chief Technology Officer at a major state university. In this role, he
covered many functions. His jobs include strategic planning, recruiting, training, and managing IT staff. On
technical side, he has hands on experiences on Unix, Oracle, data network, data security systems
installations, configurations, and managements.
Before he worked for an university, he had established and managed the information technology
department for a major stock brokerage company in Taiwan.
Dr. Chao has been committee members of several Chinese associations and IOUG (Independent Oracle
User Group).
