Dr. Shih-Chang Chao is an expert in IT operations, information systems security, networking and
wireless communications. He is currently Chief Technology Officer at a state university.
Louis Just constructed and managed the development of Systems and Applications software at
Argonne National Laboratory's Applied Mathematics Division. In response to the Three-Mile Island
incident, he joined the Idaho national Engineering Laboratory where he introduced project
management techniques and led the effort to upgrade the laboratory's systems (hardware and
software) for science, engineering and business.
Dr.Jianwei Li is a co-founder of two companies that develop medical applications. He has over 12
years of experience working with medical software development.
Erik Moore has extensive experience in business and program startups, having developed online
learning delivery infrastructures, mid-range testing facilities, and academic programs. He is also an
expert in computer security.
Dr. James Peavler has worked for contractors for the Department of Energy, the Department of
Defense, and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation. He played a key role in implementing the Capability
Maturity Model methodology of process improvement for the Defense Finance and Accounting System
(DFAS).
Dr. Jesse Yi-Hsing Wang is a versatile and accomplished practitioner in computer science and
mathematics. He has worked at the Applied Mathematics Division of Argonne National Laboratory, and
at AT&T Bell Laboratories.
